Akuma's Beam Nullification Showcase

This shows the properties of Messatsu-Goshoryu
Keep noted this move only has invincibility on startup, not the entire move.

The hitboxes of this move eats the the ENTIRE hitbox duration of all beam priority moves. Only one hit needs to cancel the entire hyper so you can use this to make some interesting situations. Only works for beam priority moves and not normal priority moves, Example being Akuma's H version of his Gou Hadou vs his normal one.

@hazeddon true but in some cases it would work if it were a beam and its still on screen because the hitbox still exists

@mariorqs I guess I should have rephrased my statement, it doesn't work exactly like akumas shoryu, but it can be used in a similar fashion. For example you can perform charging star, and then dhc into like HSF or storms elemental rage and it'll hit the opponent.

@hazeddon no it doesnt. Theres a bit of invincibility on stars and stripes and charging star some invincy to beams etc. But it doesnt eat all durability from beams.

there is like literally 1 window of vulnerablity off the first shoryu and its totally random if it will be hit

wondered when someone was going to make a vid like this. figured this out awhile back thanks man now i know who this works on without going in and testing it on everycharacter with a beam myself
