Talk to Headmaster Cid before you head of to Fisherman's Horizon and challenge him to a game of cards. He should have the Seifer Card in his deck.

@fantasycoproduction Triple Triad was a badass card game and the rules we're pretty easy to understand.I can't seem to understand tetra master.Yes, I know what the numbers and letters stand for but I don't understand when you battle a card and then a 20 pops up from a card that says 2P21 and barely beats a card that pops up ten.I wish I could understand it but that's why I like Triple Triad because the rules are simple even when new rules are added.
