Ottawa Ohio Flood, the clean up

www.OttawaFlood.com Ottawa Ohio, downtown on Main Street looking West, using the heavy equipment to clean up. This was on clean up day 5, What you see is just a fraction of what was thrown out on the curb. The streets were relatively clean. Prior to this, most of the junk men from out of the area came around and picked out any appliances, or scrap metals. Then there was round one of the clean up, and what you see here was just part of round two! This video does not show you the worst neighborhoods hit which was mostly on the South and West of town. All involved were severely affected by the floods, some estimates say that 60-70% of our buildings in the Village of Ottawa, Ohio were either severly damaged or completely damaged.
