The leg actually starts to regrow.
They said it couldn't be done, but he did it.. They're always saying Jesus never heals amputees.

Just another common Scam - Have the guy lean down a bit and make it appear it grows - or simply slowly loosen the pant leg - These things have been done by fakirs for countless centuries to make people "Believe" same basic process of the foot lengthening scam loosen a persons shoe slightly pull it from his foot and proclaim his foot is now longer - intelligent people could actually adjust a persons hip to do it for REAL but these fakirs rely on trickery and cons

I'm sorry for the guy that's lost his leg. And if I had the power to put it right I'd fix it in one shot - I wouldn't re-grow it slowly.

@matthewtaylorbrown It is a Miracle that it grew while rubbing his crotch area!!! IIt was his third leg that grew though- namely his dick grew hard and not the amputate area. Try it sometime it works miracles
