Lots of technique errors. Not saying I'm perfect at it, just that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as an instructional video. Too low in the cat stance, arms too locked in the palm block, feet not together in the focus position (and did he actually go on his tiptoes at the finish? Wrong arm was at the top on the crossed fist strike when coming back into front stance on the first one. And the outside block before the crescent kick should be a proper block not just hand position to receive kick
