Polygamy In Islam:Secret Marriages

It was only your low iman that caused you to shun the sunnah of our beloved Nabi sallalahu alayi wasalaam. Polygamy is not for you if you cannot love Allah and His Messener, for, indeed the Prophet Muhammad allalahu alayhi wasalaam had more than one wife. My advice to you is to learn to love Allah more so that you can love what is from Him. I am looking forward to being a co-wife, insha Allah, for it is no befitting for me to shun the sunnah, of Muhammad sallalah alayhi wasalaam, for I am a Muslim. Assaamo Alayku wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu.
This comment was posted by a sister on another blog. It seems to me some sisters take extreme joy in being the cowife. For some strange reason I think it's a way of saying "I got your man". I may be wrong, but that is the way I see it. The cowife always seems happy, simply because she hasn't walked in the first wife shoes.She is happy and glad that ALLAH(SWT) blessed her with a husband, but the second wife seems to be cold towards understanding the first wife feelings. May ALLAH(SWT) help us all!

i SOOOO agree with aaalll the things you said in your video... i think it's an unislamic act and i feel that those sisters do not live up to the hadeeth that says that we do not have iman until we love for our brother / sister what we love for ourself.. it seems so selfish and i really don't respect it and i do not understand it.... i would go NUTS if it was me!!!

@yushaabdullah who are you to say its sunnah when the prophet didnt even say its sunnah...he was married to khadija for 25 yrs and he didnt take any other wife only after her death so why u saying polygamy is sunnah?
