http://www.free-self-hypnosis.org May make you fall asleep. To appreciate the effects use HQ mode in stereo. To make yourself even more relaxed and tranquil, concentrate on your breathing. Breathe rhythmic, and comfortable, inhale through the nose, and breathe using your diaphragm (belly) ideal for yoga, and you will shortly feel so relaxed and almost hypnotized. The music contains brainwave simulation especially theta and delta, often called binaural beats. The difference of the left and right stereo channels produce a delta wave vibration very similar to the shamanic dum rythms and the buddhist chant vibrations. click on the link and in the site you will discover many free mp3 downloads for selfhypnosis, meditation, relaxation, therapy, lucid dreaming, oobes, and mental control.
