10 Games I've never played!

So, 10 games that i've never played but by popular opinion probably should have. Some might surprise you, others not.

wow your list is the same as mine and i own snes megadrive ps1 xbox1 wii and a 360 lol. briefly played mass effect but way too much dialog in it i thought :(

@Cobrasaturn360 Haha, just goes to show that all these 'popular' games aren't necessarily played by everyone! I'll give Mass Effect a chance eventually but yeah, not really my thing to be honest!

All your list is same as me except Mass Effect series. Before i drove into ME series, my friend told me, "why do you try this game, Its amazing!" and i told him " ah, i dont like rpg thing, the game just like text and full of dialog scene". After ME 2 release, i saw the trailer and watch the gameplay, i start thinking, why people almost crazy about this game?...and thinking again, i should try this... After i finished the original ME, i just said in my heart, Wow..wow..this game j

@fathys1987 Yeah it definitely looks like a really engrossing game and i'm sure if and when I give it a blast in the future i'll finally see that but it's never really stuck out for me as an essential purchase.......but there are so many other games out there too that it's just resulted in Mass Effect having to take a back seat!

A few of them games would be in my list if I was up for making a response. The likes of Final Fantasy, Pokemon and Warcraft. Although I do have the Metrouid games for the gamecube. Like you said about some of them, they just don't really appeal to me.

Even as a kid I wouldn't play games that everyone else was just for the sake of jumping on a bandwagon - i'm not saying any of them are bad but there's nothing about them that has me desperate to give them a go anytime soon.

@Dakthore Yeah well apparently there are some belters listed there but not having played them I wouldn't know! lol Thing is, a 'great' game is very subjective and whilst the magazines/websites are probably/usually right they aren't always on the ball as I love some games that received decidedly average scores. I've definitely become more of a collector than a gamer but really when I analyze it i've always been a bit like that anyway - too much of a hoarder! lol

@MENDEZ1628 Cheers Paul, glad you were also prone to doing the odd daft thing with Shenmue - always good to know you're not in the minority!

I've seen loads of those Hudson Soft PC Engine games crop up on pickup vids and they always look interesting but i'm really trying to only buy systems and games that mean a lot to me otherwise i'll just be back to square one and buying everything under the sun! :)

Enjoyed your insights mate, made me laugh. Couldn't stop smiling when you mentioned your Shenmue experience, i was obsessed with the whole saga back then too. Even to the point of imitating his actions during gameplays etc, i know dude, sad eh! I've never played the sequel either as well as tons of classic JP/PCE shmups by Hudson Soft. Which is bloody appalling for me really, considering it's my fave genre. Always love your down to earth approach as well. :)

How shocking Alex! I think the only one I havent 'played' from that list might be Pokemon. Im really trying to change my ways now though and go back from collector to gamer, so im spending way more time on games and trying to finish them rather than keep adding games to my collections and never playing them. I have probably no hope to complete every single game I own over all systems plus new ones in my lifespan, but I will damn well try or die trying of old age!! :D
