These crostini were delicious and simple to make (cheap too). I have even made the mushrooms like this and tossed them with pasta to make a lite sauce, grated fresh Parm. on top. Wonderful!

The French, in a recent past time, teached some other countries how to make a good job with wine .

All these "cépages" ,these kinds of wine are french ( bring from France and planted in other countries : California, Australia, Argentina...).

Thanks for your effort and video 5 stars :-D

We Australians know our wine and its good that its become known throughout the world : )
My favourite Australian wine is a moscato by Tempus Two Wineries, its a great desert wine coz it isnt too dry or too fruity in flavour, and doesn't leave that aftertaste that similar white wines do.
Lol P.S. I don't know much about wine, i'm 19 (you can drink from 18 here in Australia), but i'm learning. And i'm just giving my opinion.
KEEP UP THE VIDS HEATHER!

I love Syrah and Shiraz. Great review!

Good suggestion. The camembert should work with all the wines in this video. I plan to do an entire post on just pairing wine with cheese in the next month or so. Thanks for your comment. Best, hj

P.S. Which of these wines matches the cheese? More cheese, please.

Easy, sexy, classy, and delicious. Thanks Heather, I'll be trying the pinot noir with the recipe this weekend.
