Hobart 410 Meat Slicer

This is the Hobart 410 meat / food slicer up for auction on eBay. This is a video to demonstrate that the slicer is functional. The machine is in very good cosmetic and functional condition with minor wear. Everything functions as it should. The bolt that holds the shuttle to the sled is missing, but readily replacable either through a hardware store, or through Hobart. The electrical cord has been replaced with a brand-new heavy-duty cord. I would recommend replacing the toggle switch, because there is a piece of plastic broken from it. The blade will need to be stoned if one desires to slice hard or sticky foods. Best of luck bidding.

holy fucking hell. we have had this same exact slicer at my work for the last eight years and i never thought to look up how old it was/the model # until just now.

i use it at least three times a month. bastard is heavy.

has a wonderful "old book" smell inside the knife guard release hatch where the info placard is. weird, they're a n item of interest never knew that.
