Undergarments online by Bar Refaeli, Dudu Balsar and investors Yiftach Weizel, Yuval Tal, Gigi Levy

Lawyer and former model Dudu Balsar had an idea and teamed with top international model Bar Refaeli to bring his idea to fruition. The result is Undeez -- a new e-commerce venture that will sell lingerie, underwear, T-shirts and socks online. The fashion team have already raised their first million US$ in funding and a second round of financing is planned for the future. Investors in the new venture include well-known figures from the both the internet and fashion worlds. The fashion world is represented by Yiftach Weizel, majority shareholder in Fox-Weizel Ltd., while internet ventures are represented by Yuval Tal of Payoneer, a company offering solutions for online money transfer and payment, and Gigi Levy, formerly of the online gambling company 888, where he served as CEO.
Undeez are planning to launch their website towards the end of 2011, and will also start photo shoots for their first catalogue soon. As well as presenting the company, Refaeli be the head of the design teams, and bear responsibility for biz dev and marketing. The company's CEO will be Balsar.
Undeez is aiming at a market of 18-45 years olds, particularly those that are too busy to shop and would like to do this over the internet. The initial offering will include underwear in various styles and colors for both men and women.
