@Strellok100 This dream is inspired by memories of Strelok's previous visit to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. There's some symbolism in here, like the rats, but I've no idea what they represent, if anything. The reason why the hooded man's face can't be seen is because at this point, Strelok hadn't gotten his full memory back yet.
