Hey Michael. So glad I went back to look at your Day 1. Even tho' I am 110lbs now I can't forget what it was like to be a cubby, depressed teenager. Then at 27 I gained weight again just to show someone, who couldn't believe I was ever fat, that I could. Silly, I know. Four children later, I can't gain more than 5lbs and always lose it right away, if I do gain any.

Over-reacting! You would live past fifty even if u were 50 lbs fatter! You're not THAT fat, but still good luck going from gut to cut!

Oh yeah, and I'm wearing a Cardiac Event Monitor right now... I think I have arhythmia (sp). Doc's not worried, but when I feel like I'm having the irregular beats, I'm supposed to push Record.
:O 327 lbs.??? Are you sure that translation is correct? You don't look more than 200.

I've had 3/4 of a No bake cookie, and half of a blended coffee drink today. I'm hungry. I'm going to have a slice of Pizza and a Whiskey and Cran. After I eat, I'll come back and see where you're at NOW. My problem is lack of exercise.

Cutting/down or out foods with refined sugars and starches helps a lot. Please, be sure to maintain your calories, or you'll "yo-yo" your weight back. Excercise, a little more often is better than a lot every now and then. Stay healthy, stay happy, don't make it a chore. Good luck if this is what you really want!

Wow, I think it's great what you are doing, but seriously I think you look fantastic. I do understand though you may want to feel healthier. A good thing to do is find something you enjoy doing that includes exercise. Perhaps a sport or something like that. I myself have found jogging to be the only thing that quickly burns off the pounds for me. Only 1 mile a day can make a huge difference. :) Good luck, and I will be watching.

Awww thanks :) I would jog, but I look like a goose attempting to do it at the moment... maybe as time goes on I will.
