In his third informative video, Dr. Silich explains more about the importance of having your plastic surgery handled at an accredited institute. Dr. Silich explains the two main accreditation services: the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Finally, Dr. Silich concludes his informative video series with a collection of before and after photographs featuring his own plastic surgery patients. He uses examples of patients who have had liposuction in New York and facelifts in Manhattan. Interestingly enough, Dr. Silich points out that he instructs his patients not to wear excessive makeup for their post plastic surgery photographs. This allows the true results of the cosmetic surgery to show.
