2008 Homeless in Yorkville- Staggers Off Bicycle

Hey Mayor Miller! This Bud is for you!

Drunk homeless guy falls in the middle of Bellair and did not spill a drop from his open can of Budweiser beer. After he staggered off Bellair, he finished his Budweiser and tossed the can at the streetlight in front of Sasafrazz sidewalk cafe. The bicycle is probably stolen.

Tourist season hasn't even started yet either! What is July going to bring Mayor Miller?

Mayor Miller, if you cannot get the homeless off the streets and into de-tox, or into housing and give them the skills to get back into society or into a safe place, why should we let you engage in mindless displacement behavior including tearing down the Gardiner without a plan to replace it, or ignore the thriving parallel Jane-Finch gansta economy that uses guns and drugs as its currency and government and attack sports shooters.
