I've played dart on/off from 2003 abt 9yrs.
2006 i was hit by Frozen Dart - Unable to release dart from my finger
2009 again got attack but this time Jammed Darts, my elbow and arm lock
2011 get worst, everything freezes and even cos pain from the leg to shoulder and neck.
Now i know it is Dartitis and slowly recuperating from it thru Mental Training
Currently still playing for the LOVE of darts. But just play as social player.

Suffering from this and is prevent me from playing which i love. My hold body locks up from feet to throwing hand. This is definitely a something to do with the mind. I used to play daily then started experiencing the problem so stopped playing for near on 2 years. So in december decided i was gonna pick up the darts again and give it another go. Up till 3 weeks ago i was fine, action was great could play no problem but these last month or so its been impossible to play.
