There's a new race of humans dawning with psychic abilities that can kill scores of humans at a time. The show centers around one of them who escaped a government facility where she was tortured/experimented on for years. It really plays with the question of morality and humanity in general. Fair warning: extremely gory, with a surprising amount of nudity.
