I know it's been several years since my last video, but I have actually been at 9-11% bodyfat (with a six pack) for the past couple years I just forgot all about this youtube account I made!
Current stats (2011):
waist: 33''
weight: 158
age: 31
height: 5'10''
Bodyfat %: 9.5
My older Videos:
(2008):
waist: 37''
weight: 180
age: 28
Bodyfat %: 15
(2007)
waist: 43''
weight: 210
age: 26
Bodyfat %: 23
I will probably post another video once I get to 6-7% bodyfat. Also I have learned a bit more about how to get ripped faster over the last few years. I have actually achieved my current condition using a ketogenic diet (low carb, high fat), in which I do not eat any starches or grains, mostly just chicken breasts/eggs and raw organic vegetables, with added good fats like olive oil and flax oil. I achieved a more ripped condition quicker doing that than a low fat, moderate carb diet.
I also choose to stay natural. I actually like the natural look better anyways, I never was a fan of big bulky muscles from the steroids and constant carbing up. Although I do plan on packing on about 5-10 more pounds of muscle.
If you guys have any specific diet or training questions, feel free to ask on the comments!
Good job man!! How do you cope with the energy loss doing keto?

@rickdono64 Actually, for the first 1-2 weeks i felt a little weak and brittle, but after 2 weeks I started feeling better than before. Your body adapts to different diets and with keto mine adapted very well, I felt strong when lifting and everything was good.
