this is funny :)). your "great" keyword - "foreclosure postcard" has a 110 global monthly search volume. Your site have just 4 pages indexed, and Alexa Rank bigger than 9mil :). And you talk about SEO?!

It does seem too good to be true, but be cautioned with this. He may be initiating paper clicks. So once the associate has your money, he can disable the paperclicks, and your videos are no where to be seen.

This may sound harsh, but it's the best criticism you'll find here. I'm sure this guy will read this and when he does, he should know that he sounds like too much of an infomercial himself. Where is the art? Where is the love? He should hire a hot chick to say everything he just said minus the monotone and he'll really be cooking with gas.
This guy knows what he's talking about and I can't believe he's charging this little. There must be a catch.
