i'm 5'9" and 145lbs in the morning.

  • Nice solid strong squat , but even know mucel takes up less room than fat and your very lean I just dont see any real solid size in your legs. Not that it proves anything and you do look like your in good shape just would never guess that you hit the weights , even Bruce lee had a lot more size than what his weight was at.Still good job , I just would if any what suplements your on .Do you take growth harmones or roids at all if you dont mind me asking .

  • @shampoo02 no, I don't take any growth hormones or steroids. If I did, I'm sure I'd be stronger. ;-) I supplement my diet with whey protein now and weigh around 160, but that's it.

  • try getting a weight belt and wrapping your knees in bandages. I have heard it is easier if you do that
