AC:CF More NPC fun

I discovered the NPC modifier also works on Resetti, as well as special event characters. I even tried modifying the acres in my town for the first time to see how NPCs are affected. Enjoy the following:

* KK Slider shouts at me for resetting
* Pascal messed up by having hacked acres
* Jack is easy to find (since the other animals are not affected by the code)
* Resetti, Tortimer and KK Slider dancing around at Easter
* KK Slider as Franklin
