@kurtshock It was created specially for Power Records. Arthur Korb wrote and produced the story, as he have done for several Peter Pan / Power materials.

Thank you very much for uploading this. i thought these were forever lost in time.i am currently reliving my cherished childhood memories of all things super-heroes! too bad they didn't pick a comic that kirby drew. that would have really been great!
