Translation:

The guys from Soulwax and 2 Many DJ's play all over the world so they know the party-scene like no other.

Night after night the Dewaele-brothers rock the stage as Soulwax, always dressed in white.

Dave: We just do what we think looks nice, I don't think there's a dress-code, really...

After their show with the rockband, they swap their guitars for turntables, to party on til the early morning.

Steph: While they're all partying and going crazy, were playing. So we're really just the soundtrack to other people's decadent lives. It's what's gonna be on our tombstones: 'They played records while we... were drunk.'

And it's not just the alcohol; 2008-party crowds don't shy away from psychedelic and dance-enhancing substances.

Dave: We don't take drugs and for me it's just weird, but that doesn't change the fact that..
Steph: It's the same as when you go to a rockshow and no one's on drugs, it's just a social thing.
Dave: I'd never want to go back to playing for people who aren't on drugs. I love playing for people on drugs. It's the best.
Steph: Haha, what an extreme quote..
Dave: No, but it's true!

For the workaholics it's hard to stick with one girl, and there's enough to choose from cause in the Land of the Beats, the DJ is king.

Dave: They'll see us play and be like: AAAAHH! But then 2 minutes later we're walking next to them and they don't even recognise us!
Steph: Like yesterday in Nottingham, there was this French girl and she came up to us like: "I really want to meet one of 2 many DJs!" And I was standing there like: "Ah, I'm sorry, they already went back to the hotel... they're bastards, really."


Fiona Hering says some stuff about the DVD and the release party in Paradiso, and how 2 many DJ's mix 40 years of pop history into one set, but she's not interesting so I'm not gonna translate the whole story.
