This and 'Boum Boum' are quite exceptional -great choice regarding songs, clips and mesmerizing effects!

Just playing around with Vegas. Copy the clip and layer it over the original - then use rectangle cookie cutter on it and go wild with the colour effects. To have it move, use the little timeline in the bottom of the cookie cutter effect window, just like the pan/crop area.
