Alycia, I have a question. From my weight class, we do the same chest press as you did on a bench but we do it on a step (stair masters step) with 2 risers on each side. One time I saw a girl lifting her hips up while pressing as you were in your video. However, the instructor said to keep the feet on the ground to protect lower back. What is your advice? thanks!
