Panama's economy continues to grow, as does the number of condominiums on the market. Can foreign investors sustain the booming real estate market in Panama?

  • wow u guys are dumb this problem was solved in 2008

  • they should use the technique in Dubai for sewage waste management.......these business people dont care about the enviroment but their pockets..!

  • Do you all know why our Bay is so dirty? where do you think that all the waste and dirt from the toilets and the canalisations go? This Bay startet to get contaminated since those buildings appeared (maybe in the 80s?) And it's gonna get worse if the people don't do anything! so sad to see how many fisherman families just lost their main natural source and now are pressed to leave their homes, so this huge monsters there can be built...

  • please subt. in spanish

  • If the Panamanians would impose a heavy tax on land values and untax improvements, they would prevent the speculative increase of real estate value which is really, always and everywhere the increase of land values and not the value of improvements. But the govt. is not likely to do this because it is ruled by the landowners as are all governments. Huge investments in Panamanian real estate for the purpose of riding values up will merely result in a bust sooner or later.
