Eighty something and still he has a voice like that. His voice reminds me of Marty Stouffer's. My praise for his vocal clarity aside, his ability to organize and communicate ideas shows how massively intelligent he is.

This guys is GREAT! I haven't heard a testimony before congress that sound in... well, maybe ever. I was 50-50 on the issue, not anymore.
