Join CIA students as they travel to China for the culinary experience of a lifetime. In the Food, Wine, and Agri(culture) Trip to China, CIA bachelor's degree students explore the various food regions, witness the industry in action, and gain knowledge from many sites. They enjoy delicious food, fine beverages, and fresh agricultural products, and meet passionate professionals and entrepreneurs eager to share their knowledge and unique insights. They also visit a number of culturally significant locations.

@Keichan2501 Actually my class was the first one to go for our Food Wine & Agriculture seminar in April of 2010. Now I believe a group goes every semester. You are able to choose which trip you would like to go on; There are foreign trips and domestic trips. There are also other trips that go to China (and now one to Thailand as well), but those trips are not academic. They are more like tourism trips and they cost significantly more (because none of it is included in tuition.)
