i put 2 of my hats in the washer and what i noticed is doublebilled hats (fitted new era hats) the bill gets soft in the cleaner but if you put it in the dryer right away it stays good. but on single billed hats (on field new era hats) they get soft and when you put it in the dryer it tends to stay a little bit wet. what i recommend for that is if its still wet keep it in the cleaner and put it in the freezer. by doing this the water freezes and when you take it out its good. hope this helps

These basket things don't work that good! I got one the inflatable cap shapers that works. New Era has one called RECAP and I got mine from NU-Cap online.

don't never let your new era hats get wet... after a few times it will look like shit!!

u can't clean them up with water...
