metal gear kicks splinter cell's ass any day of the week! in fact, if it weren't for metal gear, splinter cell probably wouldn't exist. to me, splinter cell just seems like a lower-quality metal gear knockoff.

True I was also a Splinter cell fan until I encountered MGS. It truly is the greatest stealth game ever.
