I really like this video, I know I can do this and without equipment. Calib, I am a type diabetic. I sopped medication for 5 months, by eating mostly real food, So I should be able to get off permanently. Dori

very good for beginers, what I do is put my feet agianst the wall; and then do pushups... i Also did have like a bowl of dank weed and 15 shots though....

It doesn't matter if u do wall pushups or floor pushups as long as u do it safely and correct right? Just keep at it. I'm doing sets of fifty for my triseps biceps and shoulders and chest since I haven't been excersizing in a long time.

1) How are apart are your feet from each other in this video?
2) Is it best to eat before or after working out in the morning?

you can varie the distance between to feet.... do what feels most comfortable.
eating before or after is a personal preference. if you don't like to eat before and it does not affect your workout then wait until after... if you are weak if you don't eat the eat something small before
