75 looks the best without things looking stretched or distorted.

Fov depends on the distance between your eyes and your monitor + the display size.. for example, FOV 200 looked "natural" for me with 10-15 cm distance to my 24" 16:9 display. Console gamers who mostly sit 2-6 meters away from a 40" display would need less than FOV 70 to have a "natural" experience. And if you have a Multimonitor setup or play on a 30" screen 40 cm infront of you, you would need between 150 and 200.. I am sure there exists a formula.

200 looks normal... Too much Quake?

@MegaL3arbi Definitely by no means the best. I would say that is the absolute minimum is 65 for a large television that you are sitting away from. 80 I would say is the minimum for a 16:9 monitor. Anything else and it makes me sick. Even if it doesn't make you sick why would you want it like you were looking through a toilet roll?

i´m playing on 85 fov

the best is 65 or 70

When you increase your FOV you feel that you run a lot faster cuz you see more of what's streaking past you, its pretty incredible xD

Haven't you figured that out by looking at the video?
Yes, you get a broader view = see more of the playfield.
