Video of the "sudden flurry activity" we always saw with DAVID PLATE whenever he was in trouble. A few days after this visit from Rep. Bill Hinkle, DAVID PLATE was fired as his campaign manager. Hinkle has since warned many in his political and business circles NOT to deal with PLATE. He also referred me to Carolann Swartz, Grant County Comissioner, who eventually helped in getting these abominations abated, but it took 5 MONTHS! Grant County, you owe us an explanation at the LEAST!
