Fallout 3 Broken Steel Aqua Cura Salesman

In this scene I pay a visit to Underworld in the Museum of History in downtown Washington D.C. where there is a shitty salesman named Griffon selling his own version of the water from Project Purity that he calls "Aqua Cura". After I could not take it anymore I finally shot him in the head, took his wig, took his suit, took his money, killed all his customer, took all his merchandise, and finally cleaned out the cash register.

It's the Ghoul Mask. You get it if you help Roy Phillips and his followers take over Tenpenny Tower. It also tricks Feral Ghouls into thinking you are one of them so they wont attack you.
