30 lbs>>>???? wow....let me think....funny you asked...I mean if you really wnat to put your mind to it.....It could happen. Youd have to consume way in excess over your daily limit of calories....mind you your not getting lean muscle though.....you'll end up getting extreme bulky muscle that u=you would have to cut up later....
It takes time to build a body. This isn't a sprint....
It's a marathon....you should be in it for the long haul.

thank you ! ummm i changed my whole routine ever since actually because now im busier.I started working out less but way HARDER.
I do full body work outs one day yes 2 days no or 1 day yes one day no...mostly 1yes one no.
Well ive seen DRAMATIC results look at my video and let me know :)

I drink monavie---- milk----- water---- and powershakes/protein shakes.

I work out everyday....
day1-->biceps,back,shoulders,sauna.
day2-->triceps,chest,ABS,sauna.
day3-->full leg work out.
and repeat everyday.I drink whey protein shake and good diet thing is im afraid im hurting my muscles u think i am??

depends on your age..people in there 20's...the muscles recover 48-72 hours... people in there 30s ...about every 5 days....
people in there 50s....muscles recover after a week.
your routine isnt bad at all....just switch it up form time to time..vary your reps and sets and exercises and youll be good to go!

you should also be sure to rest at least once a week.....and if you are ever sore any more be sure to listen to your body...even taking 2-3 days off every once in a while could help immensely...maybe even 3 months of vigorous training take a week off....then get back at it....your body will love you for it
