The new cell

Well. I have abandoned the idea of using alkaline water and thus a positive cell. I have found that using water slightly acidic is more effective and seems to produce better results. This cell has been charging on and off for a couple of days. No electrolyte in this cell just ground water. I have also changed the location of the cathode and anode. The cathode (negative) is now running up the outside of the centre tube from the bottom as Peter Stevens suggests, the anode (positive) is on the inside of the outer cylinder. You can't see it but have a rubber stopper insulating that second cylinder from the positive. I have replaced all my spacers with rubber and they seem to be doing a good job. I have noticed occasional pulsing and the cell seems to hold residual charge which I have tested with a PC fan. That video should be coming soon.

The Joe Cell isn't about the Production of HHO gas it is more to do with the propagation of Orgone and it's conversion to Static Electricity. There are many videos on here that show Cells but they are only HHO cells. The Joe Cell was named after an Australian who was able to run a car using a "blind plug" connected to the Engine. The Gas production is irrelevant and is simply a bi-product of producing Orgone energy. To learn more I suggest Alex Shiffer and Peter Stevens videos.

I believe it is monoatomic hydrogen ions that make the cars run, the exciting the water just ejects electrons and creates these ions, these ions have superconducting properties just the same as ORMES, I doubled my fuel mileage with my Joe cell.
