Future Melbourne

A bold and inspirational vision for Melbourne's future to 2020 and beyond is how this plan has been described - it includes ambitious goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 35% per city resident and by 59% per city worker.

Lord Mayor John So described 'Future Melbourne' as the city's broadest community consultation project with more than 15,000 individuals and groups participating and collaborating in its development.
