@KingOfKingz911 This is wrong. Protein is required for neuriotransmitter production, cytokines, molecule carriers, cell membrane receptors, immunoglobulins, connective tissue, intracellular recptors and enzymes.... these are being produced daily. Protein in the digestive tract keeps the suagr that enters the blood at a contatant trickle. Soooo vita. Yes we do need glucose but at a constant rate. wKeeping the spikes as low as poss

Sugars is the problem!? Our bodies need these sugars as carbon fuel..my gosh.. no wonder
his clients eventually end up with Dr. Morse. Fruits cleanse the body and are magnetically
much stronger than any other foods on the planet.

@TheSproutarian, sorry I beleived that he is doing a high protein diet even I know that he eats sunwarrior protein suplement. About carbs and fats he is still totally opposite to Gabriel Cousens who recomends a HIGH FAT, LOW CARB DIET. So Gabriel Cousens and Brian Clement have different points.

Dr Clement advocates a diet high in predigested fats, high in carbs and high in predigested fats.

Clement does not advocate high protein, he promotes high amino acid diets via mainly sprouted foods. Sprouting breaks down the protein structure into mainly amino acids (pre-digested protein).
According to Brian's testing, fruit is a problem for many too, he has 30 year clinical research experience to come to that conclusion. . He doesn't say most modern day people have pancreatic problems for nothing, he has observed it through testing.

Where did you read that? Brian had mentioned that Hippocrates diet is around 5% protein (but lots of amino acids) and about 5% fat on average with high levels of fatty acids.
-
RAW Kale, sprouts, Raw sockeye Salmon, buckwheat that is raw and sprouted.
berries in moderation. Kelp, raw egg yolks. Even though Brian looks amazingly good for his age, I am not convinced that the vegan diet is right for everyone.
I do agree with him about smoothies though. I only believe in juicing wheat grass.

@SmilingEyes79 I agree :).
lol at brian clement sugar is much more important than protein, its not like you grow another arm every week (protein), but your body and brain is in constant need of fuel (Sugar), talk about science every respected scientist in the field of human nutrition recomends no more than 10% protein from calories.

Clement advocates high protein; Cousen high fat; and Graham high carbs. WTF!!! That's why I always go back to the Granddady of all these guys: Dr. Weston A. Price and his book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration." Price was to nutrtion what Darwin was to the theory of biological evolution. Do you want to know what we are supposed to eat as humans? Meat nor cooked nor fruit is the problem; the problem is refined foods, GMOs, irradiation, etc., etc. But all these jokers have their own agenda.
