why are they living there in the first place? There is not enough food or water for that amount of humans to live there - therefore they shouldn't live there - They should move just like any other animal would do - Humans aren't the smartest lifeforms if they keep reproducing in deprived areas and dieing... ~

Really - If people can't sustain food in the place where they live the question is asked: Why are they living there?
The war was probably the worst thing that could have been done to solve this problem ~~

You remember when the world sent aid to
Somalia in 1993? Remember what happened? Oh yeah, it was stolen, all that grain, all those vaccines were stolen. By who? By Africans. They have refused to step up as a people and defend themselves, they allowed themselves to be starved, and allowed themselves to be ruled. You have to look at it from both sides. To feed and provide medical aid to these people you have displayed would cost exponentially more than the war in Iraq ever will.
