  • how long would it take to get used to standing in nuetral spine

  • its a constant applied practice...eventually it becomes subconscious. Practice whenever you can remember to think about it.

  • should the slight curve be slight bending forwards or backwards?

  • the curve should be, arching your back slightly - maintaining its natural curvature - not bending forward.
