its a constant applied practice...eventually it becomes subconscious. Practice whenever you can remember to think about it.

should the slight curve be slight bending forwards or backwards?

the curve should be, arching your back slightly - maintaining its natural curvature - not bending forward.
I did the alignment thing and now it's kinda subconscious

the curve should be, arching your back slightly - maintaining its natural curvature - not bending forward.
