In the 'Mother's Talk' video? Well, if it's the woman who sang on the recording, her name is Steve "Stevie" Lange (once married to Mutt Lange, in the days before Shania). If it's not Steve Lange, then it's some woman lip-synching to her backing vocals. :)
'Sowing the Seeds of Love' is so brilliant in its production, song-writing, arrangements, etc that it makes bands such as Oasis and Blur seem pretty below average in comparison. TFF were the ones who truly paved the way and showed how to make proper Beatlesque records without sounding like a blatant copy of The Beatles. I mean Seeds of Love sounds like a Beatles record but it is so distinctively TFF as well.

I like anything they are in, but I'd say the direction was crap and the general idea was boring.
