It seems strange that he would say that. We all know wikipedia is handy and all but it's also easily edited by people and many entries are questionable or biased.

Sure it's ok to go there to browse but really I'm surprised someone like him would suggest that like that.

Technically though, the Queen ant is not really a central controller. She is basically an egg machine.

The ants don't have a central controller ... the society doesn't work from a central authority but as one society where actions sort of just carry worth as a mass unit.

So the ant hill template is not really appropriate
