No Countoff, No Metronome or Beat Keeping.
Bad Technique (especially on the tumbao, RH is plucking late on some notes).
Typical "Expert Village" mess.
Stay away from that channel in general if you're trying to learn.

Seems like this person heard his first latin cd yesterday, and practiced ALL NIGHT. Seriously -get down with some Cachao, Victor Venega, Joe Santiago, Ruben Rodriguez etc. who can lay it down right.

Do you know the definition of the word "charlatan"?
Probably not, but if you looked it up in a dictionary, you would see the 'Expert Village' logo beside these words: "a person who pretends to more knowledge or skill than he or she possesses; a quack."

This is awful. Please use a metronome if you are going to demonstrate these syncopated styles of bass without a drummer or percussionist.
