Coffee Creamer Cannon

My first youtube video. This cannon was designed after a sawdust cannon I saw on another video and the mythbusters giant coffee creamer cannon. I have reduced the size for use in a smaller area. The flammable powder is non-dairy coffee creamer and the propellant is compressed air. The flares averaged 5 1/2 feet high and higher. In separate tests flour and sawdust were tried. The flour produced a small flame and the sawdust didn't react at all...I think it was too coarse, but, I've seen it burn before so I know it should work. Thanks for watching.
Oh yeah, I'm aware of the "Don't try this at home" on the t.v. show, knowing that there is no possible way to hold the show responsible. Plus, you don't learn about making stuff or how to do dagerous stuff properly without first researching and trying it. So, play with fire...but do it safely.

I know you're working with what you have, but I would suggest that your valve is at the wrong end of your hose. Get some more hose, and you can hold the valve in your hand to fire in a more controlled manner. Keep up the experimentation and good luck!
