In this tutorial you will be learning how to disable the deletion of the Recycle Bin in Windows Vista.
Delete the Bin:
-Right clicking on Recycle Bin
-Clicking Delete
-Click Yes
Restore the Bin:
-Right Click on the Desktop
-Click Personalization
-Click the Change Desktop Icons in the left-hand column
-Click the Check Next to Recycle Bin
-Click Apply and then OK
