Motion Capture with 3D Studio MAX and bipeds Part 1

Hey guys, this tutorial is just a quick re-cap in HD to cover how to use motion capture data (bips files) with 3D Studio MAX effectivly. I show how to add more than one bip to your character and create a transition between the them.
I also cover some points that a few people have asked me reguarding animation angles and keyframing, so that you can edit the motion capture to your liking.

so is it possible to convert a movie file of a guy into BIP/similar file in the first place?

I'm trying to make a guy loading a musket as it would have been done by British soldiers during the Seven years war.
