@Fundoken I see what your saying but I play d line now, the moves still work Adjusting steps is the easiest thing to do, I'm more impressed he got the arm movements down so well, something my past coaches couldn't
I agree with @Fundoken. Not very accurate. And he's talking about two different moves. Ones a Rip and Ones a "Release" or Swim....and I'm going to go ahead and give a fail alert....Its on a Soccer field bud...smh!!!
I'm sorry but this is not very accurate at all. A good offensive lineman is going to begin his kickbacks straight off the ball and you will rarely reach him in two steps if he is moving backwards at the same time. The lineman in this video took no kickbacks and therefore made it way to easy.
