I am so happy to hear that this song came at number 15 on the r&b hip hop billboard charts!!. I only wish the best for Aretha and her fans alike.

@faznout I agree with most of what u said, but, the So Damn Happy lp, is better than this new one and the Christmas lp. The Best song on A Woman Falling Out Of Love is hands down " PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN " and a close second " U CAN'T SEE ME ". These 2 songs make the whole lp. If these 2 songs do not have a video or play on the radio, than the lp is dead in the water. But, as far as her voice is concerned, there is still not a vocalist that can take her with a cup of coffee in her hands.

Her new beginnings, going thru her illness and now being totally independent with this album are both tied into this song ......its the perfect way to make people feel that optimistic energy that she posses now and why about her life and career... and everyone can relate to a going thru something difficult, working towards a new day....which she is achieving now... she just need to include her fans now with a video ...

all she need is the right creative and tech team to get it done.... the song has already proved that it could be that boost for the album by the billboard chart number ranking higher than the album debut.....it would only help so people have more of a visual as to what the album is about... all the unexpected but seasoned music she has on it......and the song more specifically talks to her fans about where she is in her career and what they expect to hear from her.......

@faznout...sometimes videos come out after an album is released in order to keep the project in a visual medium.... happens all the time , Aaliyah " rock da boat"......it got heavy air play when they pushed it as a single off the album, thats when they latter went and did a video to further promote sells of the album..... thats what Re- Re need to do with this song .... videos now a days dont have to be that expensive to be good

@2KGrafix - I TOTALLY AGREE!! The beat has to many breaks and stops in it. It doesn't have a consistant flow to it. Which makes it kinda hard to dance to because of all the stops in the beat.

@physique3800 - She keeps saying this album is about moving on from an old/bad relationship, but some of the song have NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AT ALL!! Pluse throwing in gospel tracks on it to me didn't make any since. Pluse the song she keap singing in the last few years I Adore You fell of the face of the earth.She always talks about new things she doing but never follows through, like the Classical album, The cook book, the movie and so on. It's taken her 5yrs just to release this album.

This song came in 15 on the r&b/ hip hop billboard charts!!! The album debuted at 46 on billboard........ She should really promote and do a video for this song... the fans would really appreciate it and would help record sales.......

@TheJjlxx - I totally agree about promoting the album. But music video's have to be done before the album comes out, not after. I remember seeing a short interview some years back just before the So Damn Happy album came out and Aretha was asked if she would do a music video for the album and she said "no, there's to much money that goes into making a music video, my money that is". So at that time I could tell that A Rose Is Still A Rose was the last album she would promote in the right way.
