isn't there another version of the video that got deleted, at the beginning had the flashing lines read "1987-88 Season" On A Purple Background. Had The Announcer Saying " Come on Home to the 1987-88 Season"?

The Golden Girls, 227, The Cosby Show, A Different World., and so on. NBC was definitely a staple of my childhood. Now watching these shows as reruns are not the same as seeing them in their original airing.

I hope Bob Greenblatt with his new NBC entertainment team is able to make NBC respectable again. He was responsible for making Showtime the hit channel it is today, and is also known for making the network serious competition with HBO

Yeah, NBC ruled television in the '80s thanks to Cosby and again in the '90s with Friends, Seinfeld, and ER.
Now in the 2000s it's CBS (CSI, 60 Minutes, Two and a Half Men), ABC (Dancing With The Stars), and Fox (American Idol, House) that's ruling TV; NBC is dead last and they need more than just Jay Leno at 10:00 to save it!
