  • @elizabethissoweird It may take time to release the need to be 'skinny'. I believe that by eating intuitively, over time, your body will find its own perfect shape and size. Just remember that your own beauty has to be found and embraced on the inside before it comes to physical form.

  • Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost a lot of weight with it.

  • This girl is soooo right. The MORE you are obsessed with dieting and food, the HARDER it will get for you stop eating. The DEPRIVATION ultimately leads to binge eating episodes. Please just try it out for a week, let yourself go, you can't gain that much in a week and don't think about being skinny. And eventually you will be back to normal, only THEN try a helthy diet because now you know better.
